Distributor Account Manager

Après Nail has innovated the nail market as the creator of Gel X. The Distributor Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for Wholesale Master distributors, develop strategic account plans, and ensure efficient order fulfillment while collaborating with various teams to enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated day-to-day contact for our Wholesale Master distributors, Key Account Distributor (Cosmoprof, Utah, Target, etc), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence within these key channels
Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and address any potential challenges
Collaborate with the sales leadership to onboard and develop strategies for new potential key accounts (e.g., Target, Cosmoprof)
Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of complex purchase orders, ensuring all pricing, terms, and shipping requirements are met
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from entry into our ERP system to final delivery, serving as the liaison between the customer and our internal logistics/warehouse teams
Proactively resolve any order discrepancies, shipping issues, or customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and urgency
Work closely with the Finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve any invoicing issues
Partner with the Marketing team to align on product launches, promotions, and marketing support for your accounts
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the Director of Sales
Maintain meticulous records of all account activities, communications, and orders within our CRM system

Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience in account management or sales operations, with direct experience in the nail or beauty industry
Proven experience managing key accounts, major distributors, or big-box retail partners
Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail, especially in order processing and data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with key partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Hands-on experience with an ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
