They are seeking a Credit Product Underwriter III – Commercial, responsible for underwriting complex financial transactions and providing product and industry expertise to clients, while also mentoring junior underwriters.

Responsibilities

The majority of your time will be spent conducting the complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including; investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee

Your day will consist of credit conversations, decision making, and communication with credit leadership and Relationship Managers

You will work efficiently to get deals approved while mitigating risk

You will prepare commitment reports for all of the multi-state markets supported by the lending center

You will have client-facing responsibilities, providing consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client

You will help mentor and train junior underwriters
