Responsibilities

Calendar management: Organize and manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient time allocation in line with priorities
Client and internal communication: Act as a trusted partner and handle sensitive client information and communications with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and timely follow-through
Document preparation and management: Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and other materials with strong attention to detail
Problem-solving and proactive support: Anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively recommend or take action to support seamless operations and team effectiveness
Relationship management: Develop strong working relationships with the U.S. Advisory team, global Advisory assistants, and other MIO departments to support cross-border scheduling and collaboration
Team support and projects: Support the Advisory team with ad hoc projects, meeting logistics, and client communication

Required

Undergraduate degree required
At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative or support capacity in a professional environment, ideally consulting, financial services, or a related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong email and calendar management experience required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and high emotional intelligence
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
