Paid Search Sr. Manager / Director

The Paid Search Sr. Manager / Director will own and optimize paid search campaigns across various insurance verticals, while collaborating with leadership to shape acquisition strategies and drive growth.

Responsibilities
Run and refine campaigns. Own day-to-day Google Ads execution: keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copy, and audience targeting
Obsess over Quality Score. Continuously test and improve ad relevance, CTR, and landing-page experience
Diagnose and fix signals. Audit and maintain perfect data flow across pixels, forms, and client integrations
Think full-funnel. Optimize every step of the conversion path — from page load speed to form friction — for better ROI
Automate intelligently. Use macros, scripts, and platform automation to scale efficiency beyond manual optimizations
Expand channels. Experiment with Bing, Meta, and YouTube when performance and economics make sense
Report performance. Build clear dashboards, distill insights, and communicate learnings to leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (insurance or financial services a major plus)
Strong record of scaling spend while improving ROI and conversion quality
Experience with data and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Sheets/Excel, macros/scripts)
Understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, and pixel-based attribution
Working knowledge of landing-page UX and SEO principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
