Create an exceptional buying experience for every customer
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text; build relationships and generate new leads
Stay informed on product features and benefits, and maintain manufacturer-specific training
Help customers find the right vehicle with a consultative approach while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating
Continuously grow your skills and meet performance goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Team player with a passion for taking care of the customer
Responsive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18, with a valid driver's license and a favorable motor vehicle record
Able to pass a background check and drug screening for illegal substances
Authorized to work in the United States
