They are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and delivery operations, manage team performance, and drive process improvements in their Johns Creek office.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics team

Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals

Oversee all training needs and onboarding for Logistics Department employees

Review and approve timekeeping, attendance, and PTO requests

Provide coaching and corrective accountability when necessary

Ensure all daily orders are processed, prepared, and shipped on schedule

Manage the daily volume of monitor and accessory shipments to patients

Conduct bi-weekly inventory reviews and coordinate supply ordering

Partner with Operations Manager on inventory control and supply management

Identify and implement process improvement solutions for logistical workflows

Report operational issues, successes, and team updates to management

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Prepare required reports and correspondence

Perform additional duties as assigned by management
