The company is seeking a motivated Diffusion Process Technician for the front-end nights shift to support production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and train new technicians.

Responsibilities
Supporting Diffusion, Thin Films, Implant, and CMP processes and equipment in the fab
Disposition of discrepant material, containment of excursions, process parameter adjustments, and some trouble shooting to address process drift
Following up on engineering requests and projects to ensure items are completed
Providing accurate pass downs of tool, lot, and project action item status
Training and instructing new fab technicians on tool operation procedures
Performing troubleshooting partitions/testing and reporting data to engineers
Writing thickness measurement programs on the Thermawave Optiprobe
Capable of operating and qualifying Diffusion and Thin Films tools
Qualification
Required
AA or BA/BS degree in any discipline
1+ years operating tools in either the Diffusion, CMP or Thin Films areas required
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with people one on one and in a team environment
Good basic math and logic skills
If Internal Applicant: Must be in good standing
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to work well alone as well as with others
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations
Preferred
Knowledge of Thermawave Optiprobe recipe writing, Implant, or CMP is a plus
