Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated, hands-on administrator for our primary operational databases, including Quickbase, HubSpot, and NetSuite

Manage all aspects of database health, including data modeling, defining and enforcing table and field relationship management, and maintaining system integrity

Administer user permissions, roles, access levels, and security settings to ensure compliance with data governance policies

Design, build, and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and custom workflows within the systems as defined by process owners

Execute ongoing data quality and cleanup initiatives, collaborating with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Support the creation and delivery of monthly reports for leadership, including anticipating and implementing system configuration changes necessary to evolve reporting as business requirements mature

Utilize advanced data transformation skills, including proficiency with tools like Power Query, SQL, or other scripting/ETL technologies, to efficiently transform and prepare complex data sets for analysis and system imports/exports, driving an evolution of our data handling capabilities

Act as the point of contact for internal users, troubleshooting system errors, configuration issues, and providing timely resolutions

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials for core system processes and changes

Required

Proven understanding of relational database structures, data modeling concepts, and principles of Master Data Management (MDM)

3-5 years of hands-on experience as an administrator or analyst supporting enterprise-level business applications

Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and transformation, with a proven ability to leverage various tools (including but not limited to advanced spreadsheet functions and specialized data querying languages like M code/Power Query) to meet complex data needs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business process requirements into technical system solutions

Preferred

Direct, hands-on administration or development experience with Quickbase (or other low-code tools) is a significant advantage

Experience with HubSpot and/or NetSuite administration or integration

Prior exposure to connecting systems to external BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, NSAW) or supporting BI data pipelines
