Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related SCORE inquiries and provide support for the World Cup 2026
Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, clients, and employees, to ensure proper hiring and offboarding processes are followed, utilizing in-house tools to complete transactions efficiently
Deliver timely and accurate hiring and onboarding metrics to clients and stakeholders, offering clear insights into progress and pacing
Oversee the staffing process by working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to ensure the hiring process and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions, and maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and reporting standards
Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Assist in the development, scheduling, and logistics of training materials

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred; OR minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience required
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed, with flexibility for short-notice assignments
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making and report analysis

Preferred

Prior experience in HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, and compliance preferred
Proficiency with HR software and internal tools preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven collaboration and teamwork abilities in fast-paced environments
Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
