They are seeking an entry-level Workday ERP Business System Analyst to support the implementation and maintenance of their ERP financial management system and assist business teams with technical requirements and system optimization.

Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial management system and related business applications
Ensuring system stability, assisting with workflow optimization, and providing first-line support to business teams
Assisting with the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP functionality and related applications
Supporting system updates, change management activities, and documentation requirements
Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating more complex issues as appropriate
Working closely with business teams to gather information about operational needs and helping translate those needs into technical requirements
Contributing to training by preparing user guides and tip sheets, assisting with group sessions, and offering one-on-one support
Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA and upholding a professional, service-oriented approach to supporting business users
Performing all job duties or job tasks as assigned and following all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree required; equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare or equivalent setting
Basic knowledge of ERP and business applications, including system functionality, configuration, workflows, and end-user equipment
Must complete all required coursework within three (3) months of assignment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred
Experience with accounting or financial operations is strongly preferred
Experience with Workday ERP vendor is preferred
