Responsibilities
Provide support and counseling to adolescents on campus who exhibit runaway behavior and high risk behaviors requiring court activity
Accompany youth to court hearings and other related court activities
Assist in permanency planning for high risk youth
Assist case planners with planning tasks related to preparing youth for adulthood and aging out of care
Support and carry out the functions of the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM)
Model pro social behavior and build positive relationships with all residents
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Associates degree in human services field
Valid drivers license
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with adolescents
Preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Knowledge, experience with delinquent youth preferred
Personal history of foster care as a youth, or experience with the juvenile justice system
