Client Relationship Manager (Full-Time - Non-Exempt)

Peoples Bank and Trust is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to assist their financial planning team. The role involves providing customer service, managing client interactions, and facilitating various administrative tasks and events.

Responsibilities

Assist financial advisors with daily activities, including maintaining calendars, preparing correspondence, and providing customer service
Interact with clients in person and over the phone
Prepare and review new account paperwork
Plan and facilitate client and marketing events
Facilitate and resolve client service requests
Apply a working knowledge of operations/client-service processes
Work independently, effectively, and efficiently
Responsibly manage the social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn)
Ensure paperwork is prepared and provided for all client meetings
Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
Maintain administrative functions of the office such as office supplies and mail
Various other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Full knowledge of financial services offered by Peoples Bank and Trust
Understanding of all PBT policies and procedures related to financial services provided
Functional understanding of reports required to manage financial records
2+ years experience in banking, accounting, or a similar financial institution preferred

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus with 20/20 vision (with or without the assistance of eyeglasses/contacts)
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (unassisted)
Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
Strong numeric capabilities; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
Ability to communicate clearly

Preferred

Experience with CRM systems preferred
Experience with event planning preferred
