Responsibilities
Build and enhance LCNC applications, workflows, and dashboards
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage releases
Gather and translate business requirements into solution designs
Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
Maintain documentation, user guides, training materials, and support resources
Own the LCNC roadmap from concept through decommissioning
Ensure integration, security, access controls, and compliance standards are met
Provide clear updates, identify risks, and support change management
Research new LCNC and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance the tech stack
Qualification
Required
Experience in process automation, business analysis, digital transformation, or product ownership
Hands‑on LCNC experience (Power Platform or similar tools)
Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort with AI‑enabled tools
Ability to communicate complex concepts in simple business language
