LHH is a national, AmLaw 200 full-service law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This role involves providing comprehensive support to trial counsel throughout all stages of litigation, including drafting legal documents and managing complex litigation materials.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to trial counsel throughout all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial and resolution
Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery materials, and other litigation-related documents
Conduct factual investigations and assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials
Manage, organize, and review complex litigation documents using platforms such as Relativity or similar tools
Ensure compliance with state and federal court filing procedures and rules

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
5 years of litigation experience
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work overtime and travel for trials as needed
Prior experience accurately recording billable hours
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Experience in commercial litigation/mass torts and/or drug and medical device litigation
Proficiency in document review platforms and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana
