Front-End UX Designer/Developer
Avenue Link is a performance-based digital marketing firm specializing in fintech and financial services. They are seeking a Front-End UX Designer/Developer to enhance consumer interactions with lead generation forms by optimizing usability and maximizing conversion rates through hands-on development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities
Build, test, and optimize lead generation forms and user flows using front end technologies to maximize conversion rates and minimize drop-off
Develop clean, maintainable, testable and performant code that follows best practices using modern web technologies
Rapidly prototype and implement new user flows, deploying changes to live environments and continuously iterating based on real-time performance metrics and user feedback
Experiment with copy, images, layouts, and interaction patterns, working closely with analytics teams to interpret live user behavior data and translate insights into technical improvements
Partner with IT and Marketing to build flexible systems that allow rapid iteration and isolated A/B testing without disrupting core functionality
Present solutions, implementation approaches, and performance results to executives and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on development experience with front-end coding technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular or similar)
UX/UI design experience or strong interest in user experience optimization
Solid understanding of conversion-focused design principles, A/B testing methodologies, and curiosity to explore new approaches that drive measurable business results
Proficiency with modern front-end development tools, version control, and AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot)
Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal oversight and collaborate with internal teams on solutions and analysis
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first implementation patterns, and security best practices
Preferred
Experience implementing and maintaining common web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar) is a plus
Experience with high-volume form flows, lead generation, or finance is a plus
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus
Ability to write and optimize marketing copy and user-facing content is a plus
