Responsibilities

Advise, mentor, coach, and train on performance against agile values, practices, and processes to accelerate team value delivery

Maintain a backlog, help to remove impediments, and facilitate agile events such as the daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives

Participate in scaling activities as you manage interdependencies across teams

Examine and improve team performance through metrics and find opportunities with the team to fully realize the benefits of working in an agile structure

Required

4 years of hands-on experience as a scrum master

Demonstrate a continuous improvement approach
