Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of conversion engineers to ensure successful, accurate, and on-time delivery of data conversion projects

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Conversion Project Managers, Conversion and Onboarding Leadership, Engineering, and Product development, to drive successful deployment of conversion projects

Work closely with Conversion Project Management leadership to understand their unique business needs and translate them into technical requirements

Design, develop, and test custom code solutions using C# and GoLang programming languages to meet client conversion specific requirements

Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to the conversion engineering team to ensure high-quality deliverables

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions during the conversion process

Continuously monitor and improve the conversion process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to conversion engineering and share knowledge with the team

Proactively manage team projects and identify risk before it becomes a critical blocker

Required

Proven track record in conversion engineering or software development, with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes

Proficient in C# and GoLang, with a passion for designing, developing, and iterating on high-quality code solutions

Keen attention to detail and enjoy the challenge of creatively solving complex technical problems

Comfortable collaborating on data mapping projects involving SQL, Excel, and various database backups

Organizational skills to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing momentum

Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams and clients alike, ensuring everyone is aligned
