Responsibilities

Develop & Execute Enterprise Sales Strategy: Own and execute the sales plan for acquiring and growing enterprise accounts across the wealth management space
Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from sourcing through close, with a focus on new logo acquisition
Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop deep, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at financial services firms
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional client experience from first conversation to onboarding
Identify Market Opportunities: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves to shape messaging and GTM strategies
Represent the Brand: Attend conferences, events, and networking engagements to grow Advisor360°’s presence and pipeline

Qualification

Required

10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth in wealth management / financial services technology (SaaS/fintech background strongly preferred)
Deep knowledge of the wealth management ecosystem-RIAs, broker-dealers, custodians-and experience selling into these complex organizations
Demonstrated success leading long, complex sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals
Ability to communicate value and educate/influence C-level stakeholders and decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, COOs)
Cross-functional experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to 'read the room' and adapt messaging to diverse audiences
