Responsibilities
Defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from start to finish
Draft persuasive position statements and respond to agency requests for information
Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
Collaborate with a team that leverages data-driven technology and streamlined workflows for efficiency and impact
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of employment law experience (management-side preferred)
6+ years of experience handling administrative agency charges at federal and state levels
Excellent writing and advocacy skills
Active bar license in your state of residence - Must be located in either California or Connecticut
