Responsibilities
Develop new features and optimize existing functionality across our suite of iOS applications
Ensure top-tier performance, quality, and responsiveness across all apps
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive, well-architected solutions
Conduct peer reviews of code and provide constructive feedback
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers
Demonstrate a commitment to our core value of fanatical attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of Swift development experience in a professional environment
3+ years of experience with Swift UI
Strong understanding of MVVM architecture
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Combine and reactive programming principles
Proven success in leading and owning major feature releases
Ability to quickly adapt to complex, evolving environments
Self-motivated, independent, and highly collaborative
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Experience with UI automation testing is a plus
