Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail or social media

Update customer/account information in SFDC during and after each call

Respond and route website leads in SFDC

Generate quotes using SFDC

Close quotes in SFDC once purchase orders are received

Collaborate with RSM and ISR entering tasks, calls, and activity via SFDC

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint

Required

Bilingual - Must be fluent in Spanish and English

Familiar with product structure, bill of materials, routers, prints, etc

Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salesforce or similar CRM platform

Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platforms

Epicor or similar ERP software
