Assist with research being conducted to understand the toxicity of PFAS and other pollutants
Design effective interventions
Work with mouse models
Maintenance of mouse colonies
Husbandry of experimental mice
Dissection of mice
Molecular and biochemical analyses of samples derived from experimental mice
Help manage daily tasks for the lab
Assist in the general laboratory tasks
Maintaining lab equipment
Maintaining supplies
Maintaining safety
Assisting in organizing data
Organize and carry out laboratory techniques independently and collaboratively
Present at research laboratory meetings
Contribute to the writing of manuscripts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with less than 12 months of experience
Preferred
mouse husbandry
working with toxic chemicals
mRNA isolation and qPCR
biochemical/hematological analyses
protein-based analyses
histological and immunohistochemical analyses
