Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships that deliver value to the Guidewire ecosystem, with a focus on content that meets customer demand and supports international market expansion
Nurture high-potential partners, guiding them toward advanced strategic revenue share partnerships and ensuring their offerings align with Guidewire’s AI-powered innovation goals
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally, delivering content that addresses global and geography-specific needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business plans and strategies, including tailored plans for key partnerships and scalable approaches for lower-tier partners
Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, ensuring objectives are met and identifying areas for improvement
Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, securing favorable terms that benefit both Guidewire and its partners
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing issues as they arise
Promote the combined value proposition of Guidewire and its partners to internal sales teams and external customers, driving adoption of Marketplace content
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities

Required

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement
Proven experience in partnership development, relationship management, or alliance management within a technology or SaaS environment
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures
Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on partnership performance metrics
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic thinker with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

Experience in the insurance technology or enterprise software industry
Familiarity with global market expansion and regulatory considerations
Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
