Responsibilities

Provide design, deployment, and implementation services within a data center environment, ensuring solutions meet client needs

Act as a liaison between pre-sales and delivery teams, managing project execution from start to finish

Troubleshoot multi-vendor issues, oversee cabling, fiber optics, transceivers, and power balancing

Support scripting and automation projects, with experience in Python, Bash, or Ansible considered a plus

Travel up to 90%, including extended stays in Memphis and other project locations, ensuring flexible scheduling during ramp-up

Qualification

Data center experienceScripting skillsCustomer-facing skillsDocumentation experienceCommunication skills

Required

Extensive data center experience, including knowledge of servers, switches, routers, and cabling (fiber, transceivers)

Documentation experience and familiarity with cooling solutions, including liquid cooling is a plus

Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Ansible) are highly desirable

Ability to work directly with customers, demonstrating excellent communication and customer-facing personality

Willingness to travel extensively and relocate if not already local to Memphis
