Responsibilities
Prepare and post monthly general ledger journal entries
Monthly Profit and Loss review and bottom lines
Perform account reconciliations, support period-end and quarter-end balance sheet reviews
Monitor trends and fluctuations in account balances to proactively identify risks and recommend corrective actions
Maintain and reconcile weekly/ monthly divisional reporting for review
Manage weekly billing processes for promotional programs and subsidies
Support audit processes by providing documentation and responding to inquiries
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred
4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Consistent performance rating of 'On Target' or better in the last two performance appraisals
