Responsibilities

Coordinate punch list completion system and provide client with 'wish list' and good faith gestures for white glove customer service
Maintain, clean, and organize equipment and office files; assist with maintenance of project documents including posting drawings with design changes and documentation of as-built field conditions
Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety

Required

Strong organizational and analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite program
