Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project coordination for qualitative market research studies, including in-person, in-home, and virtual interviews
Review, interpret, and clearly communicate screeners to recruitment agencies to ensure accurate participant recruitment
Lead kickoff calls with recruitment agencies and provide ongoing guidance to ensure the right respondents are identified and confirmed
Coordinate logistics for live and in-home interviews, including arranging food and beverage, facilities, and on-site needs
Set up and manage virtual interviews, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communications
Build and maintain detailed project timelines in Monday.com, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly tracked
Use Monday.com as the primary collaboration tool to manage tasks, communicate updates, and align internal and external teams
Take clear, concise meeting notes and distribute recaps, action items, and next steps to stakeholders
Assist with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submissions as needed, ensuring materials are accurate and submitted on time
Proactively identify risks, flag issues, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track

Required

3–6+ years of experience managing qualitative market research projects, preferably within an agency, consulting, or research environment
Strong understanding of qualitative research methodologies, recruitment processes, and screener development
Proven experience working with recruitment agencies and managing respondent sourcing for research studies
Hands-on experience using Monday.com for project management, timeline building, and team collaboration
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort leading calls and coordinating across teams
Experience coordinating logistics for in-person, in-home, and virtual research sessions
High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with MLR review processes is a plus
