Prepare client updates on domestic and foreign trademark applications
Correct database errors and maintain well organized system
Enter deadlines and other details regarding domestic and foreign trademark applications and registrations
Notify attorneys and paralegals of upcoming deadlines
Create status reports as needed

Required

1+ years' experience of trademark experience in a law firm
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Experience with WebTMS
