Mgr. HRIS
Erlanger is a healthcare organization seeking an HRIS Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of their Human Resource Information Systems. The role involves ensuring data integrity, compliance, and optimization of HR processes while partnering with IT for system updates and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all HR data within the systems through regular audits and established governance practices
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and advanced analytics to support data driven decision making for HR and business leadership
Provide data analysis to support workforce planning and decision making
Ensure all HR Systems and data handling procedures comply with relevant labor laws and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Design and document user friendly HR processes and procedures, ensuring the system supports effective HR workflows and an enhanced employee experience
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement best practices in HR technology, streamline business processes, and enhance user experience
Lead HRIS related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies and processes
Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Serve as liaison between HR, IT, and vendors for system design and technical execution
Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to HR staff and end users
Develop training materials, documentation and change management resources
Promote best practices to ensure effective and consistent system utilization across the organization
Partner with IT on system operations, including configuration, security administration, user access and permissions, security roles, and workflow customization
Alongside IT performs regular system assessments, schedule and implement upgrades, and new modules ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Partner with IT to ensure seamless and secure integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, finance, benefits vendors
Act as primary the primary point of contact for complex system issues, troubleshooting problems and escalating to vendors or the IT department as needed for technical infrastructure issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of Five to Seven years of progressively responsible HRIS system administration experience, including system implementation, optimization, and management
Minimum three years of Workday experience required, with proven expertise in planning, configuring, deploying Workday HCM with a thorough understanding of database construction and system integrations
At Least one year of managing subordinates
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and foster cross functional collaboration
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to data privacy and employment
Preferred
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with Workday configuration in a healthcare environment
