The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will perform hands-on electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment uptime and safety compliance while coordinating with local and Korean teams.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
Operate and support Mitsubishi PLC systems, HMI programs, and touch panels
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&ID drawings
Use AutoCAD to review, update, and support electrical drawings
Conduct on-site work at heights in compliance with safety regulations
Prepare maintenance, inspection, and incident reports
Support preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
Participate in technical interviews and audits as required
Complete structured knowledge transfer during the initial 3-month handover period

Required

Minimum 5 -10 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance
Practical experience as a user/operator of Mitsubishi PLC and HMI systems
Ability to understand and work from electrical diagrams and P&ID drawings
AutoCAD proficiency
Ability to perform physical work, including working at heights
Ability to prepare clear technical and maintenance reports
Working-level Korean and English communication skills
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Electrical Engineering background or degree
Manufacturing or chemical plant maintenance experience
