Senior Program Manager, Project Controls
Oracle's Data Center Organization is seeking a Data Center Project Controls with expertise in project control to join our growing team as we aim to enhance our project management capabilities. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and supporting the Project Controls function, responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance.

Responsibilities
Help with the development, maintenance, and continuous analysis of the integrated program baseline schedule, ensuring alignment of project milestones, dependencies, and overall program objectives
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera, identifying critical paths and milestones
Maintain robust scheduling processes, ensure the development and support of accurate baseline schedules for the program
Create short-term execution plans and integrate subcontractor schedules when required
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery
Conduct detailed schedule risk assessments and critical path analysis for high-priority or delayed projects, providing data-driven recommendations to program leadership to mitigate risks
Identify and assess construction risks, prioritizing and quantifying potential issues
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring project resilience
Regularly review and update risk management documentation
Manage change requests, performing impact analysis on scope, time, and cost
Facilitate stakeholder communication and approvals, maintaining project traceability
Ensure changes are effectively implemented and documented
Qualification
Required
Expertise in project control
Strong program management skills
Experience in project control tools and methodologies
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with Primavera for project scheduling
Ability to conduct detailed schedule risk assessments
Ability to identify and assess construction risks
Experience in managing change requests and performing impact analysis
