MarketSmart is seeking a Strategic Advisor, Nonprofit Success to serve as a trusted partner to nonprofit customers. This role involves guiding organizations to adopt proven fundraising practices and build internal capabilities to enhance their revenue generation efforts.

Responsibilities
Partner strategically with a portfolio of nonprofit customers to help them increase fundraising effectiveness and efficiency
Guide customers in applying MarketSmart’s proven process and adopting skills that drive sustainable results
Collaborate with customers to define goals, track progress, and adjust strategies as they evolve
Build strong, trust-based relationships that position MarketSmart as a long-term partner
Take ownership of customer success, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-impact customer experience
Qualification
Required
A self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a strong sense of ownership
Consultative experience or a clear desire to move into a strategic, consultative role in the nonprofit sector
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to think strategically and translate insight into action
Four-year degree required
Work authorization required
Preferred
Background in Account Management, Portfolio Management, or Consulting
Experience working with nonprofit organizations or nonprofit leaders
