Responsibilities

Lead the Social Vision: Own the brand social strategy across all key platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest)
Create Buzz-Worthy Content: Oversee content that’s fun, fresh, and on-brand—think TikTok challenges, Instagram Reels, and beyond
Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally to source timely content. Partner with influencers and creators to amplify our brand stories
Spot trends before they go mainstream, and ensure social is integrated into every major marketing initiative
Measure & Optimize: Define KPIs and track performance to keep us growing and improving. Use social listening to stay ahead of trends and monitor competitive activity. Share insights and wins with senior leadership regularly
Manage an internal team ( FTEs and temps) and an external social agency to deliver best-in-class social experiences

Required

10+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in a role with focus on creating and building Social Media content
Proven success building and scaling social strategies for consumer brands
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics tools
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
Philadelphia-based or willing to relocate

Preferred

Expertise in platform-specific strategies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
Strong grasp of influencer marketing and creator partnerships
Familiarity with paid social and performance optimization
Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, etc.)
Ability to turn insights into creative opportunities
Experience managing budgets and agency relationships
Cultural fluency and trend awareness to keep the brand relevant
Organizational skills and flexibility to pivot quickly
