Responsibilities
Overseeing annual salary merit and market review processes
Guiding the job architecture redesign project to streamline titles, levels, and career paths
Supporting workforce planning and data analytics initiatives to inform long-term decisions
Conducting job evaluations, salary studies, and market benchmarking across the university
Advising HR partners and leaders on compensation strategy, policy, and compliance
Enhancing data quality, governance, and reporting through HRIS and analytical tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
6+ years of progressive compensation experience with exposure to job architecture or workforce planning
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; proficiency with HRIS and compensation modeling tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders
Experience mentoring or guiding others (direct management experience a plus)
Preferred
Master's degree and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
Prior experience in higher education or large, complex organizations
