Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of experience in Product Development
Alternatively, a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3 years of experience in Product Development
5 years of experience (3 w/ Master's Degree) with manufacturing durable good products, or high mix and low volume
5 years of experience (3 w/ Master's Degree) with coaching, mentoring, leading, developing, training and disciplining associates
5 years of experience (3 w/ Master's Degree) with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
3 years of experience (1 year w/ Master's Degree) with CAD, Solid Works modeling
3 years (1 year w/ Master's Degree) of product development experience for refrigeration and sheet metal products
2 years (1 year w/ Master's Degree) of technical leadership experience in manufacturing businesses that produce custom products and appliance products
20% domestic and international travel required
