Provide in-person support to Blue Shield Promise members and consumers who visit a Community Resource Center (CRC)
Assist with health plan member services and explanation of benefits
Link members to enrollment assistance and referral to social services and care planning
Engage members on select quality events and participate in CRC-sponsored activities
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Spanish
Ability to work 5 days per week in the West L.A. Community Resource Center
Experience in customer service or community outreach
Knowledge of health plan member services and social services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with community members and facilitate connections
