Senior Interface Analyst
Vancouver Clinic is seeking an Interface Analyst to support and maintain computer system software and applications, focusing on Epic and related healthcare systems. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Responsibilities
Maintain and support interfaces between Epic and ancillary applications (Change Healthcare, Nuance PowerScribe, Hyland OnBase, SureScripts, etc.)
Provide expertise in Cloverleaf interface engine and HL7 message structure
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Epic and vendor systems
Design, document, and test interfaces and reports (SQL/database tools)
Coordinate system development, testing, and implementation, including after-hours updates
Collaborate with analysts on installations, upgrades, and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
4+ years of software support and project management experience required, preferably in healthcare
Senior level experience with clinical practice management systems and reporting tools required
Epic Bridges Interface certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
Experience with Cloverleaf HL7 interfaces
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
