HF Sinclair Corporation is an independent energy company headquartered in Dallas, Texas, seeking an ERP Business Analyst III. The role involves providing support and resolution for various SAP modules, implementing configuration changes, and coordinating between systems to optimize supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Provide support and resolution for various SAP modules including configuration and enhancement requests from the user community and company management

Support one or more of the following modules Logistics Execution (LE), Traders Schedulers Workbench (TSW), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and/or Inventory Management (IM)

Provide IT support to operations and logistics function in the scheduling and actualization of bulk movements in SAP utilizing TWS and/or 3rd party applications

Implement configuration changes, new releases, and updates to SAP TSW as required for effective support of supply chain operations

Provide coordination support between all SD, MM, and IM systems, and related functions to assure effective use of systems

Support various interfaces between SAP and other systems to ensure marine and ground transportation processes are optimized and effectively used in supply chain operations

Support integration points between modules and support various interfaces between SAP and other systems

Analyze process and configuration issues as they occur in the SAP production system

Provide support role to subsequent phases of SAP development

Design interfaces, reports, enhancements, including custom programs, and conversions to meet business requirements

Design and perform quality assurance testing, perform unit testing, and integration testing

Support the development of end-user security authorization administration group

Facilitate meetings, conduct and lead presentations and/or training sessions with end users

Communicate with colleagues, management, and business team members on requirements, problems, project status, and issued

Deliver system solutions to business problems in a timely manner

Understand work within corporate IT governance practices

Lead a team on special projects or play a lead technical role from time to time

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation performing each of the following utilizing SAP S/4HANA in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) process

applying SAP S/4HANA functionalities within logistics operations

executing data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and loading, using Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW), or Batch Data Communication (BDC)

working with middleware technologies and SAP interfaces

utilizing the ServiceNow application

utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) functionalities
