Logitech is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Tax Analyst, Transfer Pricing advisor to join their dynamic tax team. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations while managing various transfer pricing projects and collaborating across functional teams.

Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing comprehensive TP documentation (Master File, Local Files, benchmarking analyses, and CbCR notifications)
Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of global TP policies and strategies
Identifying and mitigating potential TP risks associated with intercompany dealings
Managing and supporting TP audits and inquiries from tax authorities worldwide
Managing the execution of specific TP documentation cycles and planning initiatives
Acting as a subject matter expert, providing timely and accurate advice on TP implications for new business models, reorganizations, and transactions (e.g., financing, intangible property, services)
Building strong working relationships with finance, legal, and operational teams across different geographies to gather data and implement TP policies
Identifying and implementing enhancements to existing TP processes and technology to drive efficiency and accuracy

Required

Proven, dedicated experience in TP, gained either within a Big Four public accounting firm or a multinational corporation's tax department
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Deep understanding of the US 482 and OECD TP Guidelines, BEPS actions (especially Action 8-10 and 13), and the TP regulations of major jurisdictions
Experience with standard tax and accounting software, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling and analysis
Exceptional ability to analyze complex financial data, apply economic models, and draw robust conclusions
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain complex TP concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to articulate positions to tax authorities
Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to documentation and compliance tasks
Proven track record of proactively identifying issues and developing practical, compliant solutions

Preferred

Familiarity with databases (e.g., RoyaltyStat, Oracle, SAP, Thomson Reuters Eikon/Checkpoint)
Process or project management experience of global initiatives
