Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end delivery of small business programs, services, and event activations
Manage project timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to coordinate SMB programs and events
Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and status reports
Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support
Track and update project progress in internal systems and tools
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to delivery leads
Provide post-delivery support, including gathering client feedback and supporting reporting needs

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
At least 2 years of experience in a client services, operations, project coordination, or event support role (internships and co-op experience accepted)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
