Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of general litigation experience
Experience with basic and complex litigation documents
Knowledge of federal and state court procedural rules and practices
Experience with arbitration practice (JAMS, AAA, etc.)
Ability to prepare answers, motions, and other routine filings
Experience handling hearings and depositions
Significant experience in energy construction, real estate and/or banking industries
Significant case management experience
Excellent academic and professional credentials
Superior research and writing abilities
