Responsibilities

Organize candidate tracking information utilizing excel spreadsheets, per open headcount

Help source resumes for entry level openings, utilizing ATS and well as other resources

Support the new-hire process and assist with onboarding activities

Establish contacts with school campus groups and develop relationships with diversity groups

Post job openings, schedule information sessions, and provide recruiting support as needed

Target and collaborate with historically diverse colleges

Engage with diverse professional groups on LinkedIn and promote open roles

Research competitors for the sales team

Assist management of a large pool of temporary workers

Support strategic recruiting initiatives for global hiring needs

Facilitate learning and exposure to Human Resources best practices

Provide support on special projects for a fast-growing recruiting team

Required

Exposure to cold calling, interviewing, resume sourcing and editing, follow-up, professional email correspondence, public speaking, and basic recruiting strategy

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Well-organized with strong attention to detail

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style

Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
