Responsibilities
Gather and interpret requirements, analyze business processes, and collaborate on solutions to drive measurable business impact
Work closely with the Wealth Solutions and Secondaries teams in New York, partnering with stakeholders and the D3E team to identify, prioritize, and implement digital solutions
Document solutions aligned with market trends and growth products, while supporting change management and maintaining strong project governance
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with experience working as part of a product team in scrum, exposure to working in cross-discipline teams and global time zones will be highly regarded
Prior experience in the Financial Services sector or a similar regulated field and a strong risk mindset
Prior experience implementing (defining, building, operationalising) digital solutions, particularly those related to operational efficiencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with self-starter growth mindset
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to wider range of internal and external stakeholders
