Workshop Coordinator, Canada (Temporary)

Responsibilities
Own workshop service orders from start to finish
Manage margins and workshop volumes
Create/release orders in SAP and submit requisitions
Expedite quotations and POs; coordinate with suppliers
Update order book and maintain accurate data
Communicate daily with customers and stakeholders
Support workshop team lead to meet workflow demands
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in administrative roles, order coordination, or similar service environments
Familiarity with SAP and other systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Resourceful and creative about finding solutions, with a 'growth' mindset
Ability to work in a multinational workshop environment
Experience in margin analysis
Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes
The candidate must live within a 30‑minute drive of the Surrey office, as unplanned attendance may be required from time to time
The candidate must be flexible with their work schedule (including occasional weekends)
Successful applicants must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
