Responsibilities

Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs aligned with industry benchmarks
Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness initiatives
Conduct regular market analysis and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices
Oversee payroll accuracy and resolve compensation-related issues in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding compensation and benefits
Manage vendor relationships for benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and service quality
Provide guidance and training to HR staff and managers on compensation and benefits policies
Implement technology solutions to streamline benefits and compensation administration
Prepare reports and analytics for leadership on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost projections

Required

Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and benefits regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Preferred

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR)
