Responsibilities
Obtain and maintain a mortgage agent license through the State of Nevada Mortgage Lending Division and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System within 90 days of hiring date
Work independently to organize and prioritize tasks, manage time to meet deadlines, analyze requests, understand issues and develop appropriate solutions
Maintain daily oversight of the Mortgage Consultants pipeline to ensure appropriate deadlines and expectations are being met
Demonstrate ability to effectively notify clients and business partners of key milestones in the loan process
Work effectively in a team-oriented, customer-focused culture
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
Experience in Mortgage Origination
Strong Communication Skills
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Ability to be flexible and work with membership as well as drive outside loan origination
Driven to be accountable for mortgage loan origination
