STAFF TAX AUDITOR, EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is one of the largest State departments in California, dedicated to connecting job seekers and employers. They are seeking a Staff Tax Auditor to review sensitive cases related to civil employment tax matters, negotiate settlement agreements, and make recommendations for approval.

Responsibilities
Reviewing sensitive and complex cases for settlement of civil employment tax matters
Analyzing cases and making recommendations for approval
Negotiating settlement agreements with taxpayers, or their legal representatives, to be presented for approval to the Assistant Chief Council, EDD Director, Attorney General, Administrative Law Judge, and the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board
Qualification
Required
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov. All Experience and Education relating to the Minimum Qualifications listed on the Classification Specification should be included to demonstrate how you meet the Minimum Qualifications for the position
