Microsoft Cloud Sales Specialist

They are seeking a senior Microsoft Cloud Sales Specialist to drive sales for Microsoft Cloud solutions and build strong relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders.

Responsibilities
Own and drive sales for Microsoft Cloud solutions, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Security
Lead high-level cloud transformation discussions focused on migration, modernization, governance, and application innovation
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise customers
Develop executive-ready proposals and business cases that demonstrate measurable ROI and long-term value
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and senior decision-makers
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through strategy, planning, adoption, and optimization phases
Navigate complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Work closely with Microsoft field sellers and partner teams on co-sell motions
Leverage Microsoft funding and incentive programs such as AMP, FastTrack, and Azure consumption programs
Stay aligned with Microsoft’s solution plays, cloud roadmap, and industry priorities
Manage the full enterprise sales lifecycle, from pipeline creation to deal closure
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems
Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, risks, and revenue outlook
Stay current on Azure innovations, Microsoft Cloud updates, and competitive offerings
Identify emerging opportunities and advise internal teams on market trends and positioning
Contribute insights to refine Futran’s offerings and GTM strategy
Partner with pre-sales architects, delivery leaders, and marketing teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Support RFPs, pricing strategies, solution design, and executive presentations
Lead and participate in solution workshops, demos, and strategic client sessions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of technology sales experience, with 5+ years focused on Microsoft Cloud
Proven success selling Azure migration, modernization, and managed services
Experience with Microsoft 365, Security, and/or Dynamics 365 solutions
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage long, complex, enterprise sales cycles
Comfortable engaging at both strategic and technical levels
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (Azure Fundamentals, Solutions Architect, Security)
