Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and drive end-to-end delivery of software development and vendor solution deployments
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and business requirements
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and delivery
Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions, working closely with data science and engineering teams
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Google Chat)
Provide transparent, concise, and timely project updates to stakeholders and executives through written reports and presentations
Manage change requests and scope adjustments with agility while maintaining project objectives
Ensure documentation is thorough and up-to-date throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes for speed, reliability, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Must be willing to work out of our Playa Vista office 4-5 days/week
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
5+ years of Technical/IT project management experience in software development or deployment projects, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment
Demonstrated experience managing vendor software integrations and deployments
Proven track record implementing AI solutions in a business environment
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and agile methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executives
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Chat, Confluence)
Experience in change management and managing stakeholder expectations
Preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification
Familiarity with modern software deployment pipelines
Experience working with data engineering or machine learning teams
Experience working with healthcare software deployment
Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance Protocols
