Head of Demand Generation

Constant Hire is a fast growing B2B SaaS company that builds tools for modern eCommerce brands. They are seeking a Head of Demand Generation who will own pipeline creation end to end and drive demand generation strategy and execution across all major channels to generate high quality pipeline efficiently and creatively.

Responsibilities

Owning quarterly demand generation strategy and execution
Translating company goals into clear channel level targets and experiments
Personally running and optimizing demand channels, not just overseeing them
Leading outbound and cold email strategy, including targeting, messaging, and deliverability
Running paid media across platforms like LinkedIn and Meta, including creative testing and landing page optimization
Building and managing affiliate, partner, and content driven growth programs
Planning and executing events, conferences, private dinners, and ecosystem initiatives
Testing creative growth ideas and unconventional experiments
Building dashboards to track CAC, pipeline, and conversion performance
Reporting regularly on what is working, what is not, and where to double down

Required

Own demand generation strategy and execution across all major channels

Thinks in terms of efficiency, not just lead volume
Prefers doing the work over managing large teams
